Vishnu is a tool for information integration and storage from multiple sources (in-vivo, in-vitro, in-silico), different species and scales. The tool provides the user with an interface to query the stored information, to extract and prepare the relevant data for further analysis in the supported integrated tools: DC Explorer, Pyramidal Explorer and ClInt Explorer.
Vishnu also is a communication framework that allows them to interchange information and cooperate in real-time. It provides a unique access point to the three applications, and manages a data base with the users' datasets. Vishnu can accept CSV, JSON, XML, EspINA and Blueconfig files as input.
